cManager can be configured to create automatic recurring tasks that always remain against a case and will appear in the task list when due.
The are three types of tasks that can be configured
1- Fee Earner Review
This will 'renew' the due date when the case is opened by the Case Owner / Fee Earner
2- Supervisor Review
This will 'renew' the due date when the case is opened by the Case Supervisor
3- Other Review
This will 'renew' the due date when the case is opened by clicking on this Review task in the task list in Dashboard
The parameters below show a typical set-up. They are maintained under Tools > System Parameters. See Customising cManager - System Parameters on how modify these.
This will create three tasks when a new case is created. The Fee earner review will be due every 3 weeks, whilst the other two are due every 6 months.
The Code, ID and Sub ID must be as shown below.
The narrative of the review task can be amended to your requirements and is shown under the 'Text Value' column.
The recurring period of the automatic review task is set in the 'Integer Value' column and is specified in number of days.
If you do not require a listed recurring review task to be automatically created , set the integer value to 0, or delete using CTRL+DEL keys in the system parameters.
