Just want to say Hello!

If you are not enthusiastic about your company or company - why should anyone else be.  Their logic: it can be easier and cheaper to maintain a customer than get out there and modify the one, right. Therein lies the challenge - how you can effectively utilize and manage a live answering services company to best serve the needs of both the customer calling in and also the company itself.
